Newgulf Elementary School was built over 81 years ago; however, the facilities are well maintained and have been renovated to meet our every-changing needs. With Internet access in every classroom, a modern gymnasium, and a spacious playground, Newgulf Elementary School combines the technological needs of today's students with the appeal and charm of a country school.

Academically, Newgulf Elementary has an enviable record of achievement. While our students come from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds, our track record proves that success is possible for all students, when both students and staff make learning a top priority.

With approximately 450 students and 57 staff members, the student teacher ratio is lower than is often the case in larger school districts.

Newgulf Elementary School has been rated an "Exemplary" campus in 1998, 1999, 2001, 2002, and 2009. "Exemplary" is the highest rating the state gives for academic performance.
